日本任命首位女性首相秘書官

（法新社東京29日電）日本首相安倍晉三今天任命日本有史以來首位女性首相秘書官山田真貴子，而數週前卡洛琳．甘迺迪（Caroline Kennedy）才成為美國史上第一位女性駐日大使。

日本內閣官房長官菅義偉說，53歲的山田真貴子曾服務總務省多年，她將負責為安倍提供婦女政策建議。

菅義偉在例行簡報會說：「政府視拔擢女性為我國經濟成長戰略的主要支柱之一。」

他說：「首相一直思考任命女性首相幕僚，而今，大使卡洛琳．甘迺迪也派駐日本，這似乎像是不約而同。」

全球經濟學者一再呼籲日本善用女性人才，以帶動經濟成長並減緩勞動力快速流失問題，而今，山田真貴子終於加入由另外6名男性組成的首相秘書官團隊。（譯者：中央社張詠晴）
