北韓糧食增產 營養不良仍普及

（法新社首爾29日電） 聯合國兩大機構表示，北韓糧食生產連續第3年增加，不過營養不良問題依然普遍，機構也特別憂心北韓兒童發育遲緩問題。

聯合國糧農組織（FAO）和世界糧食計劃署（WFP）昨天發表國家糧食評估報告指出，北韓糧食分配系統無法發揮功能，使得家家戶戶愈來愈必須仰賴民間市場，用以物易物方式填飽肚子。

聯合國糧農組織經濟學者岡加爾（Kisan Gunjal）說：「儘管（北韓）糧食生產持續改善，糧食系統依然易受衝擊，其中嚴重短缺富含蛋白質食品。」

北韓今年大約生產503萬公噸糧食，較前一年成長5%。

儘管如此，北韓全國84%家庭消費的糧食被形容成僅接近最低限度或相當貧乏。

報告說，儘管過去十年來，兒童營養不良比率下降，但孩童發育遲緩普及程度依然「令人擔憂」，其中又以微量營養缺乏症最令人擔心。（譯者：中央社張詠晴）
