【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】美國聯準會溫和縮減量化寬鬆（QE）規模，為日本銀行（央行）消除一項不確定因素，給予該行多一些時間決定明年是否有必要進一步寬鬆貨幣政策。

美銀美林證券首席日本經濟學家Masayuki Kichikawa表示，明天（20日）日銀的決策不致於受到聯準會的影響。

「如果美元在明年升至110或115日圓，日銀在進一步寬鬆前，將有較寬裕的時間做出決定，因為日圓貶值將持續支撐日本的消費者物價。」

日銀將於周五（20日）公布決策會議結論，在經濟擴大復甦的情況下，預料將不會採取新的政策措施。
