如題
我在外頭與朋友合租了一間透天厝
大伙各自住在裏頭的雅房
有位朋友又另外帶了別人回來一起住
雖然他們是住在自己的房間裡
但多一個人就意味著水電費也會跟著變多....
而且說實在我不是很想跟他共享像是廚房、客廳、車棚、浴室...等等的開放空間
是有溝通過，但似乎沒打算離開的樣子
因此我想請問對這方面有豐富法律知識的前輩們
他這樣不請自來在法律上是站的住腳的嗎？
若不是，那要用什麼樣的途徑請他離開呢？
