我有一個車禍問題，有一台機車跨雙黃線，如果同方向有機車要從外側左轉(那路段沒畫兩段式，後面沒車子，對向沒車)，跨越雙黃線機車從後方撞到左轉機車的話，號誌是為閃黃燈，是誰的責任??
在警察局他們2個都沒說看到對方，因為中間有一台機車擋住。
