跟電器行老闆說要買電器 然後不買了 請問我觸法了嘛

事情是這樣的 之前有一台冷氣壞了 我就到家裡附近的冷氣行選購一台冷氣

結果我要得那台沒貨 她說要幫我叫貨 錢是他先出

結果後來貨到了 我不想買了 她一直叫我一定要把冷氣買下來

我知道我這樣很沒品 但請問已經有觸法了嘛
