京城火力全開 搶台南地盤 【經濟日報╱記者林政鋒／高雄報導】2013.06.26 04:15 am 京城建設（2524）昨（25）日股東會，通過不發放股利；董事長蔡天贊表示，積極在台南 購地，全面進軍府城房地產市場。 京城建設2012年營收38.32億元，毛利率創歷史新高達46.3%，反應去年高雄房價普遍上漲 的趨勢，稅後純益14.27億元，每股稅後純益3.8元，相對每股淨值達22.14元，比前年增 長13.48%。 法人表示，京城土地資源豐沛，市場評估京城與蔡天贊個人握有至少5萬坪建地，其中七 成規劃為豪宅，三成走首購平價路線，若全部開發，總量體達1,200至1,500億元。京城昨 天收盤27.6元，下跌0.7元。 高雄房地產人士最關心即將完工的「京城帝寶」如何開價，由於現在市區豪宅開價每坪28 至35萬元，但普遍賣得很吃力，若京城再把價格拉高而且銷售不錯，可為其他豪宅解套， 因此備受市場關注。 http://udn.com/NEWS/STOCK/STO4/7987235.shtml -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.175.186.57
