簽約的日期是7/1起租
簽約前房仲跟我們說不要的家具可以搬到樓上
可是簽約當天我們簽完約跟房東代理人說不要傢俱的時候
他跟我們說不要床跟床墊要我們自己付運費600
那時候想說600應該還好，可是我們可能有其他東西不要，跟她說晚上會再跟他說，他也說那可能價錢會不一樣
房間有一組雙人床(床架+床墊).桌子*1.椅子*1.衣櫃*1.鏡子*1
這些都是我們不需要的，因為我們自己都有了
可是他跟我們說如果這些都不要要自己出運費2000
搬出去的時候還要再出2000搬回來
想請問，這些運費是我們自己要付的嗎
如果不想住了可以嗎?
如果我們要退租可能可以用民法424調成租人之終止權>>那棟大樓消防檢查沒過
想請問的是我們附的押金2個月跟租金1個月拿得回來嗎?
