腦溫過熱並不一定容易動怒 , 可能是用腦思考中較不喜歡被煩。

當你用腦過度時，大腦不停地思考問題長達數小時、甚至是十小時以上。此時血液集中於大腦，會造成肝陽亢的現象；腦脊髓液循環變差，不只是無法代謝腦內廢物，還會引爆另一個極大的危機–腦溫不斷地上升。

大腦不停地運轉而不肯休息，進而造成睡眠品質不好的「假性睡眠」。大腦記憶機制海馬迴記憶功能受損, 就會引起失憶症。也就是大家所說的，我怎麼會忘記昨天重要的事呢？或者是要花長時間去回憶昨日之事。
