北韓籲修好 怒批南韓澆冷水

（法新社首爾5日電） 北韓今天抨擊南韓拒絕接受北韓領導人金正恩的和平提議，指責南韓對北韓嘗試修補關係的行動「澆冷水」。

金正恩在元旦新年談話中，讚許他一度位高權大的姑丈上月遭到處決，並指控美國和南韓正在策動一場核子戰爭。

然而金正恩也呼籲積極營造「有利的環境」，以緩和兩韓的緊張關係，他表示，該是改善多年來緊繃關係的時候了。

南韓政府3日形容金正恩此舉是空洞的舉動，但是呼籲北韓取消核子計畫，以展現致力修補雙邊關係的誠意。（譯者：中央社羅苑韶）
