KTV廁所裝針孔 男遭起訴

（中央社記者劉世怡台北5日電）蘇姓男子與同事、客戶到KTV開唱時，在包廂廁所內偷裝針孔攝影機拍攝多人如廁畫面。北檢日前依妨害祕密罪嫌起訴蘇男。

台北地檢署指出，41歲的蘇男在去年2月6日晚間與多名同事及客戶前住KTV聚會，他將網路上買來的針孔攝影機偷偷安裝在包廂廁所內，錄下多人如廁畫面。

檢方表示，1名女同事在隔天凌晨上廁所時，察覺有異，立即拔下攝影機，走出廁所，質問包廂內在場所有人「這是誰的？」隨後報警處理。

檢警偵辦期間，蘇男坦承攝影機是他的；蘇男與被害人談和解破局，雙方雖仍在同公司上班，但已調離不同部門服務。

北檢日前偵結，依妨害祕密罪嫌起訴蘇男，並向法院聲請簡易判決。1030105
