要查往生者名下是否有登記在案的財產 要去政府哪個單位查找

一、查詢被繼承人所有不動產資料，除可向國稅局申請財產清單外，亦可以被繼承人之統一編號向任一地政事務所申請地籍總歸戶資料；惟申請人須為繼承人，並應檢附身分證明文件正本、與被繼承人之關係證明文件影本及被繼承人除戶記事之戶籍謄本附案；如委託代理人申請者，並應附具委託書及委託人身分證明文件影本。又申請地籍總歸戶資料，每次應繳納使用費新臺幣四佰元，並按下列費額繳納閱覽費、列印費或資訊費：
（一）閱覽費：每筆（棟）每十分鐘新台幣二十元，不足十分鐘者，以十分鐘計。
（二）列印費：每張新台幣二十元。
（三）資訊費：每錄新台幣零點五元，總計計算至元，元以下捨去。
