在美國遺囑要經過法律的確認才能執行. 如果活著的人不去尊重或執行. 你除非找到證據, 不然很難有什麼主張.

祖母講話, 隨便說說. 如果沒有留下文字或是遺囑本身有瑕疵, 還是要他現在的繼承人願意.
